Add Digital Signage Content To Playlist

Adding Content (Templates, Weather, News, Images, Video, URL) to Playlist

  • Login to your account
OPTION A:
  • Place the mouse over Content tab
  • Click on Manage Content
  • Click on View / Edit for the content that you want to add to the Playlist
  • Click on Add Content To Playlist (button just below the Content preview window)
OPTION B:
  • Place the mouse over Playlist tab
  • Click on Add To Playlist
  • Check the following display options:
     - Pick Content To Display - Make sure that the Content name is correct
     - Playlist # - Enter the Playlist # as the number that you want in the display sequence
     - Start Date - Date you want the Content to start displaying
     - End Date - Date you want the Content to stop displaying
     - Days of week to display
     - Hours of day to display
     - Duration (in seconds) - If display only 1 slide, it is recommended to set this at 3600 seconds
  • Click on Add To Location
How to add Content to Multiple Locations
If you have more than 1 Screen / Location, you can add Content to All Locations with a single click.
  • Follow above steps as shown in OPTION A or Option B
  • Click on Add To All Locations
How to add Content to a Group of Locations
If you have more than 3 Screens / Locations, you can add Content to a subset of Locations
Note: You must setup Location Groups before attempting this step.
To setup Groups, go to Locations >> Manage Display Locations >> Settings

  • Follow above steps as shown in OPTION A or Option B
  • Click on Add To Select Group Locations
  • Select Group from drop-down list
  • Click on Add To Selected Group
How to add Content to Select Locations
If you have more than 2 Screens / Locations, you can add Content to a subset of Locations
  • Follow above steps as shown in OPTION A or Option B
  • Click on Add To Select Locations
  • Select Location/s by checking the checkbox next to the Location/s you want to add the Content to
  • Click on Add To Selected Locations
