Resetting Digital Signage App

Resetting the Digital Signage App will return it to it's default setting


  • Make sure that Media Player is connected to the internet

  • Click on the three squares on top-right


  • Click on View App Info


  • Click on Clear Data


  • Click on OK


  • Return to the Desktop by right clicking on the mouse or by clicking on the Home button on the remote
  • Start the doPublicity Digital Signage App by clicking on the doPublicity icon
  • Setup the Wi-Fi connection
    You may use it with ethernet, but need to use Wi-Fi for initial license registration
  • Setup Date and Time
    Uncheck automatic Time Zone and select the Time Zone manually
  • Enter and Register License Number
